BOULDER, Colo. -- A University of Colorado student was arrested early Monday morning after police said she led officers on a chase with speeds reaching 60 miles per hour during a snow storm. Witnesses told police they saw a Subaru Outback hit the median at Arapahoe Avenue and Folsom Street, knocking down a traffic sign and causing two flat tires, said campus police spokesman Ryan Huff.
