TSA confiscates toy pistol from woman’s sock monkey, threatens to call police
ST. LOUIS, Mo. -- A vigilant TSA agent in St. Louis threatened to call police on a woman after she disagreed with the decision to confiscate a toy gun from her sock monkey, a local TV station reported. Phyllis May of Redmond, Wash., told that she was moving through security at the St. Louis airport on Dec. 3 when an agent seized one of her bags for inspection.
