Father, son donate fresh produce to food bank
AURORA, Colo. -- Eighty-year old planter, Paul Bockman, is happy his onion crop is so bountiful this year. “I had a contract to grow onions for Chili’s, but they decided to go to another supplier, so we were left with 4,000 pounds of onions,” said the gardener who grew up helping his grandmother plant their gardens in the Ozarks.
