Chocolate Cold Brew Cupcakes with Cold Brew Buttercream Frosting

Chocolate Cold Brew Cupcake Ingredients 1/2 cup butter, softened 1 cup sugar 2 eggs 1/2 cup Kohana Cold Brew 1/2 cup milk 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa 2 tsp baking powder Cold Brew Buttercream Frosting Ingredients 1 cup butter, softened 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 3 tbsp Kohana cold brew concentrate Chocolate Cold Brew Cupcake Directions Pre-heat the oven to 350F. Line your cupcake pans. Mix the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in each egg, one at a time. In a separate bowl, combine and mix the flour, cocoa, and baking powder. Slowly add the flour mixture to the butter mixture. Mix in the cold brew and the milk. When all ingredients are combined, scoop the batter into your prepared cupcake pans. Bake the cupcakes for 18 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and comes out clean. Let cupcakes cool completely before adding the frosting. Cold Brew Buttercream Frosting Directions In a mixing bowl, combine the softened butter, vanilla, and cold brew until smooth and creamy.
