Cut tofu bite-size pieces (1 inch) 2.Peel potatoes and cut into quarters. Cut the bottoms of shimeji mushrooms and tear them apart. 3.Add 6 cups water, carrots, leeks, savoy cabbages, potatoes, shimeji mushrooms, bring the soup to boil. 4.Add pork, miso, tofu and cook until the vegetables are cooked through and softened.
