I’ve been home for nearly a week and it’s a bit weird to come from what felt like summer to what feels more like winter (well, a west coast winter, anyway). And as always, with cooler temps and darker afternoons, it’s easy to lose workout motivation. Sometimes a hot cup of tea (er, coffee) and a couch snuggle just sounds so much better… To keep myself motivated and to stay inspired, I’ve been hanging out with my girl, Lunden from Runtastic.
