I love shrimp alfredo! My daughter loves the pasta but not the shrimp. My son loves it all! I use to buy the jar alfredo sauce (classico) and while it was good I felt that if I made it on my own…I could manipulate it the way I wanted too! You can use penne pasta or linguine. I prefer penne pasta. I put that on first then cook my shrimp while the shrimp is cooking I start my sauce. 2 Tbsp. Cream Cheese 3/4 cup chicken broth (you can use fat free) 1/4 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley Cook your pasta and shrimp how you want. You can even save time and let Publix go ahead and steam the shrimp for you. On a busy weeknight I would do that. Then all you have to do is cook the pasta and the sauce.
