Wheat grass juice. Acuroller – 5 mts. on palms and 5 mts. on soles. Take 2 to 3 cups of Green juices, 1 to 2 glasses of fruit juices and green salads. Avoid foodstuff made out of fine flour, fried food, etc. When there is severe pain, press little hard in the middle of calf muscles. Treat with blue or
