As a Clinical Hypnotherapist I feel privileged to work with and to be able to help people often at a very low point in their lives. I strongly believe that we should be able to talk about and seek help for our mental health as easily and naturally as we can for issues with our physical health - although sadly we don't always feel this is the case. Often getting a better understanding of a something is the first step towards making things better. For this reason I offer a range of information events covering some of the topics that are the most frequent concerns of clients seeking my help. I offer most of these events free of charge in the hope that they will give people who need support a starting point on their journey to feeling better.
