Last January I did not get the authentic Chinse food I was craving while traveling through Hong Kong. I ate my way from Kowloon to Victoria Harbour, inhaling lots of fresh seafood along the way. Back in California I made this healthy chow mein with the help of coconut oil, fresh ginger & spicy red Chinese chilis.
