Cornmeal Fritters
INGREDIENTS 2 cups of cold water 1 tsp of salt 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp onion powder 2 packs of seasoning 1 ½ cups of cornmeal 2 cups cheddar cheese Vegetable oil Flavouring Mix in a pot water, salt, onion powder, garlic powder and flavoring and heat to the mixture until it boils. Reduce heat, add cornmeal gradually and stir to prevent lumps from forming.
