Man accused of stabbing police dog faces added charges
VANCOUVER, Wash. (AP) — A man accused of fatally stabbing a police dog is facing added criminal charges that prosecutors say are warranted given the severity of the case. The Columbian reports 25-year-old Jacky Chan Karuo appeared in court Wednesday on charges of malicious mischief and resisting arrest. Karuo was previously charged with criminal impersonation and harming a police dog in connection with the incident Sept. 1.
