Prosecutors will not seek death penalty for accused Carnation killer
SEATTLE -- Prosecutors announced Wednesday they will no longer seek the death penalty for accused Carnation killer Michele Anderson. King County prosecutor Dan Satterberg said his office will seek life in prison, not the death penalty, for 36-year-old Anderson. Anderson is accused of killing six members of her family, along with convicted killer Joseph McEnroe, on Christmas Eve 2007.
