Marysville schools getting federal grant for shooting costs
MARYSVILLE, Wash. (AP) — The Marysville School District is getting a federal grant to help pay staffing costs from last fall's tragic shooting. Fifteen-year-old Jaylen Fryberg shot and killed four friends and wounded another last October after inviting them to lunch in the cafeteria at Marysville-Pilchuck High School. He also killed himself.
