Kroger recalls popular seasonings over salmonella fears
CHARLESTON, S.C. -- A positive test for salmonella has caused Kroger to recall four of its seasonings. The grocery store chain is recalling Kroger Ground Cinnamon, Kroger Garlic Power, Kroger Coarse Ground Black Pepper and Kroger Bac'n Buds. A sample of Kroger Garlic Powder, from a South Carolina store, tested positive for salmonella contamination in a Food and Drug Administration test.
