Another round of warm, stormy weather slams the Pacific Northwest (PHOTO GALLERY)
SEATTLE (AP) — High winds and heavy rains are expected this time of year in Western Washington. What's different about this storm is the warmth. The National Weather Service says temperatures climbed into the 60s Wednesday in the Puget Sound region and hit a record 66 at Sea-Tac Airport. Meteorologist Art Gaebel at the Weather Service office in Seattle says that's an all-time record for any December going back to 1945 when record-keeping began at the airport.
