‘It felt good’: Woman accused of killing fiance on kayak trip indicted
GOSHEN, N.Y. (PIX11/AP) — Prosecutors say a 35-year-old Latvian expatriate accused of killing her fiance while paddling on the Hudson River admitted to tampering with his kayak. They say Angelika Graswald has been indicted on a second-degree murder charge in the death of Vincent Viafore. At a bail hearing Wednesday, a prosecutor said Graswald felt trapped and stood to benefit by $250,000 from life insurance policies.
