The prettiest pink I ever did see... This is my 3 step out the door icy rose look using @rootpretty Pretty Balm in Ballet: the sweetest shade of baby pink that I have dreamed about for years! I've searched high and low for a baby pink lip shade that wouldn't be reminiscent of Barbie, which is apparently really, really hard to find! Root's products don't contain any FD&C Dyes, which means there's no form of neon, over-the-top vibrancy. #rootBallet is still quite pigmented and buildable for a tinted lip balm, though! Out of all my pretty balms (and I have them all over my house, in my handbag, coat pockets, etc.), Ballet is actually one of the most pigmented, which I didn't expect based on the lip swatches on their site. There is also a beautiful icy sheen that was a surprise, but I absolutely adore it! This shade reminds me of a fairy tale in color form... ✨✨ Every time I apply foundation, I always fall back in love all over again with Root's Pearl Powder Foundation! I've never had a foundation make my skin look so healthy and glowy in a natural way. Please, please try a sample if you haven't! Check out 2 of my older blog posts on how I use this. Link in bio! Lastly, I'm wearing #rootnovember blush, which is such a unique shade of medium rose gold that doubles as a bronzer shade for me because it adds subtle warmth and definition to my face. It's a cool toned rose with a medium steam-punk-esc copper shift that makes this such a multidimensional shade, while also looking incredibly natural on the skin! Swipe for swatches! I've been loving tinted lip balms lately. Even if I start the day with a lipstick, I always end up reapplying pretty balms throughout the day for added moisture during these frigid days! ❄️ What's your go-to lip product right now? Please share! #rootpretty #swatchsunday
