summer flowers card set
Hello there everyone, its Sanna here today with a fun and colorful project for the Die Cut Design Team. It’s a Summer Flowers Card Set, and I want to share how easy it is to make more than one card using the same color palette with the Stitched Fishtail Banners and Fitted Circles dies, plus the Flower Power Clear Stamps set and coordinating Flower Power dies. Here is how I created the cards: 1. Cut two pieces of white cardstock that are slightly smaller than two white side-fold card bases. 2. For the first card: Using embossing ink, stamp the large Flower Power image to fill a piece of cardstock from step 1. 3. Pour white embossing powder over the stamped area, tap off excess (return to the jar) and heat set the powder with a heat tool. Mind your fingers! 4. Apply green, yellow and orange Distress Ink with an ink blending tool over the embossed areas. The white lines will resist the inks. 5. Cut a window using a Fitted Circle die as shown. 6. Use black ink to stamp the same flower onto white cardstock. Apply clear embossing powder over the stamped image and heat set. 7. Cut …
