Database changes are giving families of missing persons new hope
SNOHOMISH COUNTY -- Meet Jane Doe. “She was probably 15-21 years old, but most likely 16-19” explains Snohomish County Detective Jim Scharf. She is the poster child if you will for unidentified remains in the county and has also attracted national attention. Scharf says, “The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children are doing everything that they can to try and get all of these children identified.”
