It's Thursday which means I'll be weighing in tonight. Wish me luck! I have seriously stepped it up this week, and I need to see a decent loss. I ate the right foods and exercised more than I ever have...and on the one evening that I really wanted dessert I had it. See? (From left to right: Boyfriend's dessert and my dessert...) And I only ate half of my 'slice.' I can honestly say that I've done my best ever this week. I hope the scale reflects that with a positive loss. I hear people say that 'the scale is a guide not a god.' And I understand that there are other factors involved, but when the goal is to lose weight I want to see weight loss. The last few weigh-ins have been disheartening, but I have done more cardio in the last 11 days than I did in the entire month of October.
