Chandrababu Naidu accuses AP govt of violating human and fundamental rights
Telugu Desam Party (TDP) chief N Chandrababu Naidu on September 11 said that the Andhra Pradesh government is violating human rights and fundamental rights. While speaking to mediapersons, he said, "This government is violating human rights and fundamental rights. I am warning the government. I am warning police also. You cannot play this type of politics. You cannot control us by arresting. Whenever they allow me, I'll continue 'Chalo Atmakur'." Earlier, Chandrababu Naidu along with his son Nara Lokesh was put under preventive house arrest. Several other TDP leaders and workers were also detained by the police. Police have arrested them in view of party's call for 'Chalo Atmakur' rally alleging political violence by YSR Congress Party. Section 144 has been imposed in parts of the state.
