I have been busy over the past week processing the apples from my Jonathan apple tree. I have made many quarts of applesauce. My husband bought me a peeler and corer, which made preparing apples for applesauce so much easier. However, I hated wasting all the peels. I thus tried my hand at pink apple jelly.
