Gluten-Free Ham, Spinach, and Cheddar Cheese Quiche---- The French inspired quiche, a favorite menu item for breakfast, brunch, lunch, or light dinner, is no longer just for our friends that consume gluten. This scrumptious fare is super easy to make and tastes decadent. This recipe is for 2 pies, because what family eats just one? If you want one pie, just half the recipe. Let's make some quiche! INGREDIENTS: 2 c. Ham, ( We used Honey Ham steaks by Taste of Inspirations it specifies gluten free 8 eggs 2 c. mild cheddar cheese, shredded 2 c. baby spinach 2 c. milk 1 c. Parmesan cheese 2 gluten-free ready made pie shells (9 inch) (used Wholly Wholesome) 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. pepper DIRECTIONS: Heat oven to 375. Spread cheddar cheese evenly in the bottom of the prepared crust. Cut ham into bite size pieces and layer evenly on cheddar cheese. Dice baby spinach and layer on top of other filling ingredients. Beat eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in mixing bowl. Carefully pour over filling ingredients in pie crust. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. On a pan covered with parchment paper, bake for 35 to 40 minutes until center is almost set but slightly jiggles when gently shaken. Let stand for 10 minutes. Cut into wedges. VOILA! We have gluten-free ham, spinach, and cheddar cheese quiche!!
