1937 Studebaker Dictator Coupe - Brooklin Models
Code BML06 Colour Grapestone maroon Measure 120mm or 4 ¾ inch The Dictator name was first introduced in 1928 with the implication that Studebaker's excellent car 'dictated the standard for others to follow'. However, by 1937 the name had rather more sinister implications and from 1938 the Commander name was adopted. Styled by Raymond Loewy the Coupe featured a wedge-shaped art deco rear window.
