Tree on the Reformer is an intermediate Pilates Exercise. Bring one leg into your chest. Sit tall. Grab behind the thigh and stretch and bend your leg 3x. Then keep the leg straight, walk up to your ankle. Pull your head to your knee and rock back. Walk down your leg as you roll your spine towards the floor. Then roll up as you walk to your ankle. Head to knee. Do 3x and switch legs.
