Cinnamon Protein Muffins
Ingredients: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce 1 1/2 cups old fashioned oats 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder 1/3 cup organic cane sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. cinnamon plus more for topping 1 tsp. baking powder Directions: Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
