HEALTHY BERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE My fave everyday protein smoothie with berries and greens This is my current everyday smoothie - it's healthy and full of nutrients. I created it to be tasty, nourishing, filling and full of protein. This has been my go-to healthy breakfast this past year while I was trying to get healthy again (after spending the past 10 months on bed rest sick with mono and adrenal fatigue), and I really feel and believe that it's helped me so much!
