Turmeric & Cinnamon Smoothie
Turmeric has anti-inflammatory properties as well as being high in antioxidants. Pair it with our Blueberry Burst, which is also high in antioxidants and you have yourself an amazing breakfast. Ingredients: Serving: 1 1 cup coconut milk 1/4 to 1/2 cup water 1 cup frozen mango 1 cup frozen pineapple 1/2 banana 1/2 tsp of turmeric 1 TB minced fresh ginger 1/2 tsp of cinnamon 2 heaped tablespoons of Kulture Blueberry Burst Handful of ice cubes Add all ingredients to a blend and enjoy!
