Pink Grapefruit Smoothie
I tried this smoothie out the other day courtesy of berrysweetlife.com and it was delicious. I made a few adjustments as I don't eat dairy and wanted protein adding to it. Serves: 1 1 red grapefruit peeled and segmented 1 banana Juice and pulp of 1/2 orange 1 scoop Blueberry Burst (Protein) or 3 tablespoons of Greek Yoghurt Handful of ice Add a splash of water if required
