Building your Posture & Balance with Priya Palit
This bundle of two, 40 minute Roots classes are designed to build better posture and balance on and off the mat. Priya Palit, a practicing physical therapist and yoga instructor brings her wealth of knowledge to her teaching in an accessible manner. The first class focuses on yoga postures that will strength and lengthen the muscles around the spine. The second video focuses on finding more stability in your balance poses.
