It takes a lot of dicing to make tuna 'burgers'
We didn't realize how time consuming dicing the zucchini, celery and onion would be. We were taking our time, chatting away then looked at the clock and realized we'd better dice a little faster. We were able to get the tuna patties and green beans in the oven in time. Some of our tuna patties fell apart even with the added egg. We may have gone too heavy on the zucchini. But even though they didn't look perfect, they tasted delicious. Gilberto Gonzalez said he didn't care for the tuna "burgers" but enjoyed cooking them and he liked the green beans. They were surprised that the tuna patties didn't taste "fishy". Definitely a thumbs up this week!
