Smoothie bowls are my go-to snack/meal right now. more often than not, it’s what I have for lunch, though they’re great for a mid-afternoon pick-me-up or a pre or post-workout snack. I love smoothies, and making it a little thicker, serving in a bowl with some yummy garnishes makes it even better!
