once i was at the philly museum of art and a security guard saw me looking at this sculpture that is just a head of romaine lettuce tied to a block of granite with a piece of wire (sculpture that eats by giovanni anselmo) and he was like. i’m here sometimes when the lettuce guy comes in to change the lettuce.
one time i was at the philly museum of art with some friends and the security guard in the upper floor of modern art (where they once kept the duchamp urinal) was like "psst, go look in that hole" and we were all like "yes sir" and stepped into this dark room to peer into a hole in the wall that had a depiction of a nude woman resting peacefully in a grassy landscape and as we walked out he was like "weird right?" and that's why the security guards should do all art tours
