Kidou and Kazemaru analysis.

One of reasons I enjoy watching Orion is how characters interact with each other, even with their old casts. But anyway I only mention about Kidou and Kazemaru because their interaction in Orion FFI is shown like one the most different than OG FFI.

~~Okay I know Kidou and Fudou’s relationship is also different but it can easily find out anyway.~~

Look, Kidou mostly personally talked with Kazemaru about his thinking and stragety, or some shit he’s gonna deal with, which we rarely saw in OG anime ~~or it’s just because his buddy buddy Gouenji being injured and tsundere chick Fudou not tactical anymore~~. Obviously, these kind of things shouldn’t be told with Endou because he’s a good boy. ~~Hey I don’t mean Kazemaru is bad, it’s just because he’s more neutral.~~

We usually see both Kazemaru and Kidou hanging out with Endou or Gouenji, but it’s hard to see they do that with each other, even though they are core players in their team, as well as they usually appear in merchandise posters, especially the Ares ones.

Sometimes we wonder if they are that close? Well, it was just shown not clearly.

Let’s do a throwback to OG anime when Kazemaru was usually a key player in Kidou’s stragety to break their rivals’s tactics, or like a game-changing.

Vs Neo Japan. Kazemaru’s Fuujin no Mai helped them break Neo Japan’s defense that made them unable to shoot.

“Woosh Woosh…”

And then.

Vs Fire Dragons. Kidou kicked the ball up to the air to surpass their Perfect Zone Press, and Kazemaru took it right before their rival was gonna steal it.

“Nah dude it’s mine”

And.

Vs Knights of Queen. Kidou asked Kazemaru and Kurimatsu to break their Absolute Knights.

Also in that match.

Vs Knights of Queen. With Fudou and Sakuma’s help, they signed to each other then used Dual Typhoon to break their Muteki no Yari.

In Brazil match when Kidou asked Kazemaru to stop Roniejo, it helped nothing but anyway.

Vs The Kingdom.

Lol nope!

Next, it’s about Dual Typhoon again.

Vs Team Garshield. Kidou used Dual Typhoon and Kazemaru called other guys to join them.

Moreover, in the final match.

Vs Little Gigant. Kidou and Kazemaru stopped their massive attack together.

Sadly Kazemaru didn’t really much in the second half match. But he tried his best when he was still playing.

And the last thing, don’t forget OVA Choujigen Dream Match, when Kidou had stragetic plan with their defenders to change their current game state after the first half match.

Both Kinako and Kirino seemed confused what Kidou meant. But Kazemaru didn’t need to be explained clearly because they had played together long enough to understand what they should do.

Man I love this grin.

Now back to Orion.

Vs Australia team ~~actually it’s Vs Ichihoshi~~. Kazemaru knew what Kidou was doing. They kinda had no other choice to get rid of Ichihoshi at this time, but what Kidou acted is somehow unsportsmanlike, so he didn’t stop or fully support him either, just warned him not go too far.

~~Don’t mind that ugly art because I know they’re gonna fix it in Bluray …….hopefully.~~

Anyway, I’m looking forward that they show more of their interaction like this. Probably we won’t see them do stragetic play many times together like in OG FFI because Kazemaru is a defender now. This position doesn’t allow him freely play in mid-field, where is mostly for midfielders doing mind games. Also because hissatsu tactics in Orion suck.

I don’t understand why people like Nosaka as a character. He’s so bland it irritates me. The whole love triangle BS with Haizaki and Akane makes me hate him even more. Don’t get me wrong I am interested in his backstory with the Ares program but I can’t stand characters like him.

I think he is so bland because ares system make him be like that, yet I think his character is boring. Not just him, most of new characters in ares are also boring(except Norika, soccer player but not too tomboyish). I think there characters are similar to original series', just have different flashback.

For each IE serie, we have one boy who is canonly popular among the girls :

Fubuki Shirou in Inazuma Eleven
Nosaka Yuuma in Inazuma Eleven Ares
Shindou Takuto in Inazuma Eleven Go

A pretty nice common point between all the series (?) Who is your fave one between the three of them ? Of course, I go with Shirou XDD

Endou: I bet he drinks Fanta from the can and then tries to crash it against the forehead, laughing while he miserably fails

Kazemaru: he’s a Mountain Berry Blast Powerade kind of guy. An energetic drink for one speedy boi who doesn’t have the time for anyone’s bullshit

Gouenji: this guy drinks Oolong tea directly from the 2l bottle, he just doesn’t care and then asks why everyone’s lookig at him with those faces

Kidou: catch him studying at 4am with a shit tons of Red Bull’s cans scattered all over the floor. He pours it in a glass first tho

Fudou: iced coffe shakerato ‘cause he takes his caffeine cold and fancy (I mean have you seen him? The guy’s wearing a damned purple cardigan and Doctor Martens how could he possibly not drink iced coffe straight out of Starbucks)

Someoka: surprisingly he likes something as simple as a Coke, nothing too fancy, but the Diet one is the best and he will fight you about it, you’ve been warned

Fubuki: Christmas? Hot Chocolate. New Year? Hot Chocolate. September? Hot Chocolate. Spring break? Hot Chocolate. Middle of July? HOT CHOCOLATE

Tsunami: Surfer Cooler Capri Sun. He bought it the first time for the name and stayed for the flavour. He isn’t aware that its target are kids, don’t tell him

Tachimukai: Peach Juice ‘cause he’s The Softest Boi and he likes sweet things. Sorry I don’t make the rules

Hiroto: he’s into Dr Pepper Cherry Vanilla and everyone looks at him like he has lost his goddamn mind (and they’re right, there’s too much sugar in there Hiroto, what the hell)

Midorikawa: Matcha Green Tea Soy Milk, but really any flavour of soy milk will do and he just HAS to try any new one as soon as it comes out in the market. That’s how much he loves soy milk

Tobitaka: Canned Coffe?? Possibly hot too?? He chugs it down in one go and unlike Endou he is able to crash it afterwards, but not to throw it right in the trashcan

Toramaru: Nestea Lemon Iced Tea ‘cause he’s a kid with weird (cursed) tastes but we love him anyway and he’s so happy while drinking it so what can you do

Sakuma: he’s a very traditional guy so everyone was shocked when they found out his collection of Arizona’s bottles (“Gotta collect them all” and also they’re aesthetic af). His favourite one is the Green Tea with Ginseng and Honey tho, just to stay true to himself

Genda: a double espresso, best Italian blend, no sugar, no milk, down with a swing and he’s ready to be the chillest guy at school

Afuro: you will NEVER see him without a White Chocolate Mocha Frappuccino during his breaks, they just magically appear in his hands. People still wonder how since there’s no Starbucks close to the school…

I’m mostly annoyed by Amuro being shoved in our throats. Generally, I have nothing against him as a character, and my dislike started as a joke because his speech bubbles are just too big and long x)

However, the amount of Amuro recently just annoys me. For god’s sake: “We’re happy to announce that we’ll have 4 covers with Amuro in a row! Last time it was Poirot Amuro, this time it is Apron Amuro!”

Movies with Amuro, merch with Amuro, spin-off (!) with Amuro, new ending with Amuro… That’s just too much. I don’t see the appeal of this character, he doesn’t seem interesting to me, too “TV trope-y”, so to say. Not to mention the fact that he literally wanted to run over Jodie’s friend with a car (Conan’s assumption but it does fit into the narrative).

IMO he is an okay character like Kir, but he certainly doesn’t deserve all the attention and especially spin-off manga. Heiji deserves a spin-off. Takagi deserves a spin-off. Vermouth deserves a spin-off. Amuro doesn’t deserve a spin-off. Akai neither, btw.

Speaking about Akai, though… He seems to possess all traits that made me dislike Amuro (especially being shoehorned into Shinichi’s past), but he annoys me a slight amount less. Akai seems to have a depth in his character. Amuro… doesn’t.

tl;dr Amuro is fine when he’s in a small amount, give me Kir’s return and Heiji’s spin-off and stop turning my favorite manga into Detective Amuro.

P.S. Pixiv also adds a fair share to that annoyance. Detective Conan tag is filled with Amuro, Akai, and Conan in some kind of Imitation Black style.

P.P.S. I ship Amuro with Kir. Anyone? Just me? Okay :’c
