Your life is a play, you are the author. Assume that you are at peace with others, don't assume that someone has something against you. Live peacefully in your mind, don't fight with anyone, don't assume anything that doesn't come from love. At the end you are the only one giving others roles and they can only obey you. At the end you only trust your own mind, you are always assuming something about others. What are you assuming?

i literally dont care how delusional or unrealistic this sounds but how are you gonna let someone else get into YOUR head about YOUR LIFE?!
thats literally weird and incorrect. spin everything "negative" or "unwanted" into something that means things are going in your favor. idc how u have to phrase it but as long as it makes sense to YOU and bring you peace of mind and confidence keep it PUSHINNGGG.
literally create ur own laws and way of society in your own head. get creative and dont let ur circumstances hold you down. keep believing things are working out YOUR WAY.
if there are things you want to change that arent conforming right now thats fine!! realize you created this current circumstance and it literally would never have manifested if you didnt want it to in some way.
treat this as a chapter of your life in the backstory to ur desired reality.
things are however you decide them to be in your head. what u say or do isnt even as important as what u believe in ur head. focus on that story and less of everything else
Do yourself a favour and start believing you deserve everything good in life and that nothing is out of reach for you.
Flavor is your friend in fifth edition as a player. Just how you describe the appearance of what you do can define major aspects of your character. Playing a warlock who uses their fists to attack? Why not just cast Eldritch Blast and flavor it as you imbue your fists with arcane energy to attack? Heck you can make multiple attacks this way due to multiple beams. Someone is gonna say in the notes how would you punch an enemy 30 feet away as per the range of Eldritch Blast? Use your imagination! Maybe you launch energy spectres of your fists or perhaps the power of your strikes are so great that the aftershocks reach that far! Sure spells and stuff have set descriptions of their appearance but why let that stop you! I say make these things your own as you are in fact the person using them. Make Fireball one of the trademark spells a literal sun! That rather than exploding just temporarily envelops the radius of the spell!
Being an actor keeps me sane. Yeah I have to work a day job but know what? When my day job is stressful and I want to scream I get to go hey wait. I have a scream scheduled at 7:30 tonight. Gotta save up. And then I go back to what I was doing.
I have a scream scheduled, I have a kiss scheduled, I have an argument scheduled, I have a making up scheduled, I have a sing and dance scheduled, I have a get slapped in the face scheduled, I have a cry scheduled, whatever. It’s all good.
Something something the Greeks were right about catharsis.
ohhhhhhhhhh my god and when you argue you always have a comeback, and when you make up there’s no lingering anger, and when you scream you don’t have to hold back, and when you get slapped in the face you know you’re safe, and when you cry you know all will be well.
Oh and if it doesn’t turn out and your character dies or something well then you can go to the greenroom and have a snack and that’s good too.
Everyone saying “oh like bdsm” or “oh like larping.” Yes. Humans thrive on imagination and play in many ways.
