trans women are male. if gwen is trans, that means there are no female people being represented fairly. that would mean the vast majority of characters with lines are male.

trans women can call themselves whatever they want, but fact is that this ratio of sexes is the same as it was 100 years ago in theater. no matter what anyone calls themselves, female people were not allowed to vote, be in office, own a bank account, own land, live independently, etc. trans women were not the ones oppressed by any of this, so why should they act as appropriate “representation stand-ins” for women who are actually female?
