States that have legalized medicinal use of “CBD”
These states have legalized the use of high CBD, low THC cannabis (often Charlotte’s Web) for patients with severe conditions (such as Dravet’s Syndrome) under very limited and restrictive policies (usually enrolling patients in a clinical trials of CBD oil). CBD is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in the cannabis plant which has shown through scientific and anecdotal evidence to have incredible healing properties for individuals with cancer, epilepsy, and more.
