hi so i've been vegan a little over a month and i was expecting my skin to clear up bc a lot of people who are vegan said that their skin cleared up but mine hasn't... do you have any suggestions?
A month is a pretty short time, so maybe just give it a little longer before you start looking for results. Many people go through a ‘detox’ phase where their skin breaks out when they first go vegan - so you could possibly be experiencing that.
But it also depends on other things. Things like, stress, hormones, hydration levels, sleep pattern, alcohol consumption, and certain medication can have an effect on your skin. So have a look at whether you can fix up any of those things too x
