New superhero: Crime Man.

He stops crimes exclusively by comitting crimes. He out-crimes the criminals.

The Punisher does this and the crime is murder

The Punisher doesn’t stop crime, he punishes criminals. Big difference. Crime Man is more proactive than that.

So what you really mean is like. A totalitarian government that profiles people and arrests them before they commit crimes (which is a crime)

No, it’s more like stopping a credit fraud from happening by comitting arson.

*A mugger threatening me with a knife* Give me your money! *Crimeman appearing from the darkness with a bigger knife* NO CRIMINAL! You give me YOUR money!

I love the efforts to get deeply analytical and political but op just shuts them down with no crime man does CRIME

BUT BETTER

He finds out someone’s planning to rob the bank so he robs it first so there isn’t any money left when they get there.

Armed robbery? Hold their family hostage until they deliver their guns in an unmarked bag behind a gas station

  • shirt and pants with horizontal black and white stripes
  • A black domino mask
  • A dark grey wool hat
  • a big sack with a dollar sign on it where he stores his gadgets

did I get it right?

Now that’s a hero if I’ve ever seen one.

Is he dc or marvel?

Crime Man is free to use for everybody as long as they credit back to this post.

the aesthetic of american far right christianity is horrifying

run-down signs screaming about hell in the middle of nowhere is my aesthetic though

You don’t know true pants-shitting fear until you’re driving in the middle of nowhere, not a single sign of civilization as far as the eye can see, haven’t seen another living being in three hours, and then out of nowhere suddenly looms a half-destroyed barn with the words “HELL IS REAL” painted on what remains of the roof.

I’ll be honest, you could say most of these were from a horror game and I wouldn’t doubt you.

Implying America isn’t a horror game lately.

America isn’t a game. It is just a horror.

A game implies you can win

America is the original Resident Evil but none of the keys load properly

YA LGBTQ Novels Where the Focus Isn't Coming Out

When I was a young babygay, many of the LGBT YA novels I found were all about the angst and trials of coming out. Which is all well and good, but those can’t be the only narratives queer people see themselves in. So, I compiled this list.

I had three criteria:

  • Coming Out could be a part of the plot but could not be the whole focus (which is why Ask the Passengers, even though it’s good, isn’t on here, before you ask)
  • The protagonist/MC had to identify as queer/LGBT. No sidekick stories here.
  • The story could not be known to be biphobic or transphobic (which is why The Bermudez Triangle isn’t on here, also before you ask. Also bisexual-books has a great response to that book in particular, but this is not the place for that discussion.)

If you believe a novel on this list falls into the categories of bi- or transphobic or otherwise, please message me and I’ll look into it/remove it.

This is by no means a comprehensive list–feel free to message me with suggestions so I can keep updating!

I haven’t kept up too much on LGBT fiction either in print or on TV  mainly because much of it is painful coming out and rejection stuff.

I;d like to see some LGBT fantasy or sci-fi or alternate worlds stuff where being gay, bi, or trans is seen as either acceptable or even empowering.Pure feel good escapism. As for ideas not being too transphobic, that is in the eye of the beholder. It is a guilty pleasure of mine to watch TG/CD comedies. Why? they are not funny. No, the reason is they depict a man acting and dressing feminine and not passing yet being accepted. Most TG people see them as insulting but to me they are freeing as long as the TG/CD character is not treated with anger or disgust. These movies many see as mockery I see as acceptance and freedom to be feminine.

This message is awesome. I am so tired of trans people hating their body and encouraging self loathing in others, I am glad to see a sign of actual pride. I get so annoyed when people fail to understand how I want to feel feminine and not be female. Worse yet, some trans people will insult you if you do not want to pass and transition. What I love about this group are people not being bothered by that, I seen such awesome images as MtF’s who are unshaved, FtM’s showing off chests without top surgery, etc. This show of actual pride in being trans and gladly eschewing the binary is why I like this group. You guys and gals are awesome.

I love non binary presentation. I wish it was less of a taboo.

I think we need a similar shout out to  MtF’s

MtF’s without curves

MtF’s with flat chests

Mtf;s with broad bodies

MtF’s with strong jawlines

MtF’s with big and and feet

MtF’s with muscular limbs

MtF’s with visible bulges

MtF’s with facial or body hair, after all a girl can style her hair any way she wants.

Anonymous asked:

Yo, do you think using the word transgender is insulting to people who are transgender (like, they identify as the opposite gender or something in-between) don't you think gender transformation is a better way of describing it?

This is something I meant to touch on in the previous ask but didn’t really get a chance to (I couldn’t really fit it in with the argument I was already making).

I actually tend to agree with that statement, aside from the fact that calling it “TG” encourages the idea that actual transgendered people are just playing out some weird fetish, it’s a misnomer. Actual TG/TF (or at least the kind that I like) has very little to do with transgender…ism.

For a while I’ve been trying to get out of the habit of calling it “TG”. It’s hard because that’s the term I was first introduced to (and it’s also a lot easier to just type out two letters) but I’ve been trying more and more to use “TG/TF” and even on this blog all my gender stuff is tagged as “mtf”.

Though now that I see you using “gender transformation” I’m kinda embarrassed that I never thought to just use that…

I’ll also say that I don’t presume to speak for transgendered people, as I said in the previous ask what I’m interested in is transformation in general, and so this is a dialogue that I actively try to distance myself from, and feel I really don’t have any place in.

tl;dr: “Gender Transformation” is a much better term but “GTF” sounds weird so “TG/TF” is prolly best idk.

True, I met Transpeople who were insulted by the TG term, and those who didn’t mind. Then again transpeople are like any other people and can find anything insulting including each other. (really, DO not look up genderqueer/bigender vs transmedicalist/truscum it is NOT pretty).  The best thing to do as with anyone is follow proper etiquet and treat people as they want to be treated. It’s the right thing to do.

Do you prefer being TFed into a person who asks you if you like a type of TF that you like or a person who asks if you like a type of TF that you don't like

I’d love to be the person who asks if someone likes a type of TF that I like for once. No one has my tastes, Seems TG and Male do not mix, especially if gay is added to the mix.
