I am using this forum as accountability throughout my weight loss journey. I am all about open communication and reviewing weight lifting workout plans as well as anything related to fitness. Throughout my journey I am going to focus on the following rules:
Eat healthy and minimal processed foods
Do not eat after 7 pm
Exercise 5-6 times per week
