I'm hoping for the FF movie to tank so Fox will stop making FF movies and the FF can join the MCU. Do you think that's unreasonable?

Pretty much, yeah. Even if that FF movie tanks, Fox will still have the sequel rights for maybe another decade—plenty of time for them to take another stab at it before there’d be any reversion of rights.

I don’t think it’s ever a good idea to be rooting against a creative work. Surely, you’d like to see a good FANTASTIC FOUR movie, right?
