Not every woman is a categorically good person, but every woman has suffered in a misogynistic, patriarchal society. Women’s everyday actions reflect this, but that doesn’t mean everything a woman does is good and innocent. Many women perpetuate sexism as part of their subjugation in society.
Not every man is a categorically bad person, but every man has benefitted from a misogynistic, patriarchal society. Men’s everyday actions reflect this, but that doesn’t mean everything a man does is bad, or that he can’t actively work to destroy sexism and gender itself. However, doing so means giving up considerable power, and men will always have privilege until gender (as a subjugating force) ceases to exist.
