Miraculous Ladybug: Myvan Fluff: The Engagement
Ivan waited at the train station with Myléne's favorite flowers in his hands. He looked out onto the platform waiting. He was excited but nervous. A train pulled in and people started getting off. He searched for his girlfriend as the people started coming off. Then out came a girl with colorful hair that was pulled into a large braid. She was looking around the platform. Ivan smiled and handed the flowers to Marinette who smiled as the young man started running.
"Myléne!" He called out. The young woman turned and saw him. She smiled and ran towards him. The two met with an embrace they've been waiting for all summer. Myléne wrapped her arms around his neck and Ivan lifted her up off the ground. Myléne giggled as Ivan spun them around once and she smiled brightly. Ivan smiled before placing his lips on hers with a loving kiss. They kissed for a minute before they pulled back. Ivan then set Myléne on her feet and held hands in his.
"Welcome home Lene! I've missed you so much!" He said happily. Myléne giggled and gave him a big hug.
"I've missed you too Ivan! I'm so happy to be home!" She said looking up at him. He smiled and placed a kiss on her head. The group of friends then walked up to the two.
"Welcome home Myléne!" Marinette said offering her a hug. Myléne smiled and went around hugging everyone.
"It's so good to be back! I've missed you all so much! I can't wait to tell you all about Spain!" She said.
"How about you tell us all about it at the restaurant?" Adrien offered. Myléne nodded and started walking with the group. Ivan bit his lip and nodded.
"H-hey guys wait a minute!" Ivan said. Everyone paused all equally confused.
"What is it dude?" Nino asked. Everyone's attention was on Ivan who seemed more nervous than ever. Myléne looked at her boyfriend worriedly.
"Is everything ok Ivan?" She asked. He took a deep breath and smiled. He grabbed Myléne's hand and pulled her gently forward.
"B-before we go, there's something I need to tell you." He said. Myléne smiled.
"What is it?" She asked. Ivan held both of her hands gently and smiled. Even though all their friends were surrounding them, he felt that they were the only two there in this moment.
"Myléne, I want to start off by saying that I love you and everything about you. I love how your passionate about the things you love and how you don't back down for stuff that you believe in. I love how you're smart and so sweet. You're kind, funny, loving, and I'm so in love with you and I just can't imagine my life without you in it!" He proclaimed. Myléne felt her cheeks flush at this announcement.
"Ivan what is all of this about?" She asked. Ivan smiled and squeezed her hands.
"I'm saying this because I need to ask you something." He said. She smiled and nodded.
"Myléne Harprèle," He started.
"Yes?" She asked. Ivan then got down on one knee and pulled out a small box. Myléne gasped as a diamond ring was revealed. Myléne covered her mouth and tears welled up in her eyes.
"Oh Ivan!" She said. The man looked at her and smiled as tears ran down his cheeks.
"Myléne Harprèle, will you marry me?" He asked.
"Yes! Oh my gosh yes!" She exclaimed with a nod. Ivan smiled and gently grabbed her hand. He placed the ring on her finger and looked up at Myléne. The woman smiled and kissed him deeply. The group clapped for the two. Ivan pulled away and rested his forehead on Myléne's. He smiled as she hugged him tight.
"I love you Myléne." He said with a smile.
"I love you too Ivan." She said returning a smile. The two then got up and walked walked out with their friends excited about their new beginning in life.
