Very poor service to all staff

We are regular customers of this petrol kiosk as the staffs are very polite and always greet their cutomers with a great smile. Very efficient staffs with all core values that we appreciate. Even the kiosk is sooo busy every time they see to the customers needs and try their level best to satisfy them as much as they can. They also update customers of any promotion or remind customers of what card tgey can use for their payments espeacially elderly customers always forget certain things when paying the staff reminds them so that they dont leave their belongings…
Espeacially Lavania and Joe and Hashim and Vicky and Serene are very customer oriented staffs we really appreciate their services.

Did my carwash today. Car wasn’t washed properly. The bottom half of the car body are still dirty. The guys didn’t bother to splash water and wipe dry thoroughly. Bad service!

One of the worst car wash service I have encountered!
If I could give 0 star, I would.
Took 1-2 secs to wash each rim. In total, 4 rims are done within 8 secs and mind you, that is with buffer.
When drying due to the car infront, I have to stop near to the car behind that was undergoing water hi-jetting to get the foam off. Naturally, at least 1/3 the back of my car is wet even after drying due to the huge amount of mist from the high pressure of the hi-jet.
When the front car drives off I was also waved to go off. When highlighted abt the close proximity and hving the car still wet, the guy just simply wave me off saying the drying process has been completed.
True enough when I parked my car all the 4 rims are still dirty and the whole of the back area of the car is still wet.
Avoid at all cost!

Went Shell to top up because of this “Best Fuel” app that states can use multiple coupons of $4 for every $50 spent. But the cashier said can only use 1 coupon despite that I showed him the terms and conditions that states can use multiple coupons. He said his boss said can use only 1 and that this is just a gimmick to make us go Shell to top up!? What a scam!! Please remove the terms that states can use multiple coupons if you are not ready to let drivers use it. Speechless!! Guys – just be aware that they allow only 1 coupon instead of multiple coupons and don’t waste your trip to Shell.

The first gas station after you exit the highway and get to Choa Chu Kang town. It’s definitely a place to get gas, some bites and cash. For local blu port users the Choa Chu Kang lockers are located in the station, so we don’t have to go over to Bukit Panjang or Jurong to get stuff discreetly.
I am so thankful for having Shell in Choa Chu Kang.

Go during weekdays. Avoid weekends cause many cars tend to go car wash and will have a long queue outside the main road. Sometimes has good promotion discount. For those who wants bread, there is a bread shop within the Choice. Bread so so only though..

The first gas station after you exit the highway and get to Choa Chu Kang town. It’s definitely a place to get gas, some bites and cash. For local blu port users the Choa Chu Kang lockers are located in the station, so we don’t have to go over to Bukit Panjang or Jurong to get stuff discreetly.

Go during weekdays. Avoid weekends cause many cars tend to go car wash and will have a long queue outside the main road. Sometimes has good promotion discount. For those who wants bread, there is a bread shop within the Choice. Bread so so only though.. - Jeffrey Tan
