Date: 2006-04-17 Description: This is New collection of 8 Deathmatchs that consists of ALL types of layouts. Each level is unique in it's own way, with each one recycled for intense DeathMatching. All the levels contain ALL or MOST of the weapons. These levels are also designed for Deathmatch, Old Deathmatch, or SKILL5 options, so that 2 Players have to watch their backs!

ARTURO.WAD: Man the Mandala MAP01 (2448, -1744, 0) Author: Arturo Cubacub Date: 1995-05-22 Description: A mandala is an eastern painting or art piece, usually circular in motif with a central point of origin. It is used as a cognitive centering device for meditation. The idea is to immerse yourself in the art work, which in the process would bring you to a space where you can overcome your "demons," so to speak, and come to some resolution. When I first saw Doom, I knew it would be a perfect place to put a Mandala in... demons, resolution to higher levels and immersion.... "Man the Mandala" is my first attempt at playing with this concept. I use some eastern symbolism interspersed with some very western ones, which may or may not be obvious. At any rate, it certainly is a lot more fun and immediate than sitting in a lotus position, following your breath to point on a painting on a wall...which can be fulfilling, but is certainly a hell of a lot more work and not necessarily fun!

Date: 2010-11-01 Description: "In 1972 a crack commando unit was sent to prison by a military court for a crime they didn't commit. These men promptly escaped from a maximum security stockade to the Los Angeles underground. Today, still wanted by the government, they survive as soldiers of fortune. If you have a problem, if no one else can help, and if you can find them, maybe you can hire the Yeoman Engineers and Designers of Software." Their assignment this week was to produce 32 levels suited for 4-8 player free-for-all deathmatch within 24 hours. Thanks to a timely ambush by dastardly terrorists, it took them 48 hours to accomplish this. In spite of this, YEDS hopes that this megawad will be worthy of your perusal. Obzen.wad: OBZEN MAP16 (-376, 753, -40) Author: myolden Date: 2023-10-20 Description: OBZEN is a set of 32 limit removing CL4 maps for the Plutonia IWAD. These are short maps with low monster counts (100 or less, unless playing co-op) with a heavy emphasis on high difficulty, evil traps, and hard fights. In addition each map generally sticks to the texture usage of its corresponding Plutonia map, alongside some architectural and layout references for those familiar with IWAD.

Final Fantasy Doom is a Total Conversion for Ultimate Doom with 27 single-player levels (3 complete episodes) and 7 Deathmatch levels (Episode 4). Final Fantasy Doom features new music, sound, monsters, weapons and graphics, all based on the game Final Fantasy 3 by SquareSoft. In Final Fantasy Doom you are MOG, FF3's cutest hero, and you must fight your way through forests, caves, mountains, castles, etc., defeat the boss monsters, and ultimately face the evil spirit hiding in the painting of the Princess of Vector. FFDOOM2.ZIP (by Sparky of KISS Software) is an updated version of FFDOOM.ZIP (by Ramon Mujica). FFDOOM2 was created with the consent and assistance of Ramon Mujica. See below for a detailed list of what changes were made for Version 2. AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE: the levels basically appear in the order they were created by Ramon Mujica, so there is a distict increase in quality from the first to the third episode. If you hate the first few levels (I certainly did) then may I suggest you try Episode 2 before you decide FFDOOM2 is a piece of crap. Or alternatively, watch the demos which are only 147 to 218 seconds in length and give you a quick idea of what Final Fantasy Doom is all about.

slottr2.wad: SLOTTER II (Demo) MAP09: Rip and Tear (3368, 540, 136) Author: Arsinikk and others Date: 2023-04-23 Description: SLOTTER II is a Vanilla Doom (complevel 2) demo for the upcoming megawad Hell Revealations, the spiritual successor to Hell Revealed I + II. This beta demo only includes 14 maps (maps 1-12 + 30 + 32) and is supposed to highlight how the full megawad will play like. While this mapset targets Vanilla Doom (no VPOs, etc), we highly suggest playing in a port that increases the sprite limit, as many of the maps exceed the limit, just like its Hell Revealed precursors. All maps were designed with pistol start in mind, though continuous play is perfectly fine. P.S. This WAD uses UMAPINFO to use particular skies for maps that will be in Episode 2 and 3 of the final megawad. P.P.S. This WAD is a beta, therefore some of the maps may not make it into the final megawad.
