Don’t forget, communication is key. You can’t expect people to be mind readers. if you want something, if you need something, you have to tell them. Don’t get upset that people are doing something that you’ve never spoken out on. Tell them. Let them know if you are upset. Tell them you’re overwhelmed. Don’t sit there in silence, be passive aggressive, or give in because it’s easier than confronting the problem. You are better than that. Practice self care today. Practice communicating. Verbalize your thoughts. See how much easier it makes your life
