It's well known among the astrology community that these Leo degrees are fame degrees, according to Nikola Stojanovic's degree theory. 5° is short-lived fame but enough for you to be well known among groups of people. 17° is fame that lasts longer and 29° fame lasts the longest, long enough for you to be remembered or make an impact. These degrees especially if on personal planets or angular houses, are often known among charts of well known, famous people. These are known as degrees of fame.
For example:
Tracee Ellis Ross has her moon in 17° and venus in 29°, both degrees represent long lasting fame.
Amerie has 5° on her ASC.
This is the cancer degree. Cancer being ruled by the 4th house, represents your mother, family life, childhood, what your familiar with etc. This degree represents household name. This applies if you have it in your personal planet, 10th house or its ruler, MC or on the angular houses (I.e 1st, 4th, 7th and 10th house).
For example:
Kim kardasian has these degrees 5 times repeatedly in her chart. Her sun, moon, jupiter, IC and MC. Kim kardasian is very well known and is, undoubtedly, a household name.
Now, this is the only cancer degree that indicates fame, neither 4° or 16°(which are both cancer degrees) indicate fame, unlike Leo degrees. Even in numerology '28' is associated with wealth.
Some good examples would be Bill Gates, who was born on 28th and Elon Musk who was also born on the 28th.
Let's talk about your MC/10th house, as it rules over your publicity, public reputation etc. Now, having fame degrees on your MC or 10th house, or having beneficial or nicely aspected planets (Sun, moon, venus and jupiter) might indicate fame as well. However, if these placements are badly aspected, then the effect might not be the same.
Sun in 10th house: you might be liked by the public for your confidence and great personality.
Moon in 10th house: you'll get praised for your motherly and caring nature.
Jupiter in 10th house: you could get praised for your knowledge and wisdom.
The effect of the above mentioned planets in this house is just based on the themes of the planet, however, the sign on the planet and its aspects could greatly influence this as well.
You should also see your MC ruler, whether if its in a fame degree or not or whether the aspects are beneficial or not.
This degree is another degree I've seen consistently with people who have mass following or a large platform. This makes sense as its an aquarius degree which rules over communities or large groups of people.
This degree is the degree of 'supreme power' according to Nikola's degree theory. This isn't necessarily a fame indicator but it could be. It shows its effects best especially if placed on venus or jupiter.
The 11th house can tell you about the type of following you'll have. Fixed signs especially Leo can be the most beneficial here (for a loyal fanbase). If the house itself or the ruler of the house is in a fame degree, then that could also be a fame indicator. The sign of the 11th house, its ruler and the sign of its ruler can tell you about the type of followers or fan base you'll have.
This might indicate that you'll be lucky and might not have too much trouble when it comes to your career. You could be lucky in a way.
Idk why but when I was looking over charts of well known people, this kept showing up 92% of the time. Most well known people have these degrees on their sun and most of the times these people were artistic.
These degrees aren't directly connected to fame degrees, however, once you do get fame and, if you do have these degrees (especially on personal planets, angular houses and chart ruler) , then these degrees could manifest other people making unusual assumptions about you, stalking you, an obsessive fanbase (especially if in the 11th house or its lord) and you may even be accused of witchcraft.

DISCLAIMER: These are all based off of my experiences with those who have this placement.

🪁 Their style stands out for one reason or another. On one hand I’ve met aqua moons whose style was seen as trendy but I’ve also met a few whose style was at times criticized by others. The common theme here being that they always seemed to be noticed for it.
🪁 Pretty open minded individuals. You could feel the most comfortable expressing your innermost thoughts and feelings or possibly sharing your interest in uncommon things with them. They themselves tend to have an interest in one or two things which are considered uncommon (at least in the area they reside in)
