Based on both decent and not so decent replies, I have made some changes to my original post below.
It would seem a whole new kind of AO3 reader/writer is emerging and it is becoming clear not everyone quite understands how the website community works. Here is some basic guidance on how most people expect you to go about using AO3 to keep this a fun community archive that funtions correctly:

speaking as both an artist and a game dev student, the fact that people were so quick to jump to pocket pair’s (the company behind palworld) defense in regards to ripping off pokemon was highly concerning. even though there is evidence that they have literally ripped at least one model from pokemon directly.
and there is also no denying they have taken at least some “inspiration” regarding their other designs.
and a lot of people may go “there’s no problem, they’re ripping off nintendo who is a huge company”. well, if they can get away with ripping off nintendo, what happens when they start ripping off smaller companies?
at first glance, what game do you think this is? nope, it’s not actually hollow knight. this is pocket pair’s upcoming game “never grave: the with and the curse”. hollow knight was made by only three people. that is a far cry from nintendo’s massive company.
and although usage of ai generation may not be used in palworld, the company its from is no stranger to using ai art for their other games.
palworld exists as a novelty, haha funny pokemon game but with guns. but the moment you look into it, the company its from does some shady things. personally i would not want to support a company like it

i'm reblogging this again in hopes of making it circulate again because i've been recently told by a dear friend that gay men couldn't be attracted to trans men. it hurt me to the core. i explained to him how he was wrong, he admitted he was wrong and he apologized and we talked it out already (though i'm still angry, but that's between me and him) so i don't want to hear anyone hating on him, but it would be nice to hear some nice words because it did affect me.

if you're learning how to cook or branching out or feel like you just are not a very good cook or can't cook at all it is so important to know that when experienced cooks say they're measuring with their heart they are lying to you. They are measuring with their intuition, instinct, and experience, all of which are built by following recipes (written or taught by family), experimenting a lot, or some combination of the two: no matter how they learned, they learned it through cooking way more than you have. If you're trying to cook based on instinct or the assumption that you should just be able to figure it out and you don't like how your food comes out or you don't know where to start, find recipes and follow them to the letter. There is nothing wrong with looking up how to scramble eggs or make a stir fry. It will make your cooking better and easier, I promise.
The latest 11.0 update means that Google Analytics is a thing on the switch and turned on. What that means is that Nintendo has a deal with Google to share with them your data for advertisement purposes.

what companies who sell you anti aging stuff don't want you to know is that if you're chill about aging, your perception of attractiveness changes as you get older. there is no "wall" where you suddenly become ugly and unfuckable because in my experience what actually happens is you get into your thirties and suddenly realize that people in their thirties are hot as fuck and the "flaws" that the beauty industry wants you to panic about are a feature not a bug, and based on the std statistics in nursing homes I don't really expect that trajectory to change.
I'm in my 20s and already think people in their 30s are hot as fuck, can't wait to be one.

If I may add, there are trans people that may pursue SOME aspects of transition, but not all, due to a myriad of reasons.
True! Medical transition is not a one-size-fits-all kind of thing, and everyone deserves access to the aspects of transition they want or need, and for their trans identity to be respected regardless of the aspects of transition they don't or can't pursue.
ykw it's fucking bonkers how trans guys are made to feel bad and/or irrational for being nervous around entering spaces dominated by cis men & boys. like we are straight up told that either our fears of harassment and violence are proof that we aren't real men (because real men take patriarchal hazing on the chin and never complain!) or – & this one is especially pushed by other queer people – that no trans guy ever has anything to fear from cis men. like personally i have never seen someone tell a cis gay guy that he's self-victimizing or has a misgendering kink when he talks about hanging out with girls because he didn't like straight cis guy culture & it being actively hostile to him. but the only kind of trans guy that's allowed to exist in a lot of people's eyes is "typical masc cishet guy but with a pussy"
