So I’ve started to teach myself 3D modeling with Blender recently. First it was because I was running up against my own limitations in Sketchup with complex shapes/objects, now it may be for additional job reasons.

While I’m still working with an eye to build my main comic environments, I won’t say no to wherever else this goes.

Anyway, after building a sword, I went smaller and built these chess pieces, while doing Grant Abbit’s YouTube tutorial. Not bad for my second and third models ever.
